Engineering Project Administrator

Due to Continued Expansion, we require an additional Project Administrators to join our Engineering & Development Office.

Main duties will include:

  • Fully involved with new Customer Projects from initial development to secondary production run

  • Ongoing support for projects whilst in production as and when required

  • Main point of contact for Customers whilst project is in development

  • Liaising between Customers, Design Engineers, Pattern Makers and Production Department

  • Ensuring the project development is within schedule

  • Attending internal Departmental meetings, taking notes, following through with dates and responses

  • Attending Customer Workshops (mainly onsite) and following up with transfer of information to Design & Engineering Teams

  • Coordinating between Company sites in UK, Dubai and North Carolina USA

  • Involvement with design specification, liaising between Designers, Customers and Sabeti Teams

Quality Engineer

Due to Continued Expansion, we require an additional Quality Engineer to join our Quality Team.

 

Main duties will include: 

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System in line with company procedures and compliance with AS9100 and Part 21 Subpart G

  • Creating & issuing Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms

  • Responsibility for the quality and traceability of purchased parts & products

  • Manage and control approval of production parts & processes for products

  • Conduct inhouse and onsite audits and develop any required processes

  • Ensure quality data is captured and analysed as required, taking actions on adverse variation to standard and reporting KPIs

  • Raising and issuing of CARs, internally and externally

  • Support concerns raised internally, and externally from customers

  • Conduct authorised training in the release of new or updated SOPs, WIs and Forms

  • Documentation checks, for both internal and external needs, including FAIs

  • Maintaining of DOA/POA arrangements

  • Providing general administrative & technical support to the Quality Manager as required

Quality Engineer

Due to Continued Expansion, we require an additional Quality Engineer to join our Quality Team.

 

Main duties will include: 

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining quality processes (through-out the organisation), documentation and metrics including process maps, procedures, processes and various registers and logs to demonstrate compliance to Part 21 Subpart G and AS9100.

  • Compiling, maintaining and managing other key quality documents, including DOA-POA arrangements.

  • Performing internal audits / surveillance to verify compliance to Part 21 Subpart G, AS9100 and other specific customer requirements.

  • Supporting the Quality Manager to develop, implement and maintain the Business Management systems to meet legislative/ regulatory requirements, the needs of customers, the business and its stakeholders.

  • Supporting business processes and personnel in continuous improvement activities in addition to providing information concerning product and process quality performance.

  • Supporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) (prototype and production build support) process through quality planning and implementation, liaising with customers, internal functions and suppliers. Leading the development of internal FMEAs, process flow charts and PPAPs, when and where introduced.

  • Reviewing and investigating, internal and customer rejects and MRB returns.

  • Liaising with other approved production and design organisations as necessary.

  • Managing non-conformances/ occurrence reports and lead investigation and resolution using 8D & 5Y problem solving techniques.

  • Ensuring all quality data is captured and analysed against targets taking action on adverse variation to standard and reporting KPIs.

Production QC Administrator

Due to Continued Expansion, we require a Production QC Administrator to join our Manufacturing & Production Team.

Main duties will include:

  • Conduct a variety of FAI tests on inbound materials from vendors and outbound products for shipping.

  • Data entry and keeping logs up to date

  • Keeping Training records updated.

  • Recording of Key Performance Indicators

  • Providing help and assistance with any other production office duties as and when required.

Cutter : Manufacturing Team

Due to Continued Expansion, we require a Cutter to join our Manufacturing & Production Team.

Main duties will include:

  • Working on the Shopfloor, with a variety of fabrics, leathers and other man-made materials

  • Cutting materials to specified patterns, whilst ensuring maximum use of materials with minimum wastage

  • Experience working with variety of materials and cutting machines is preferred, although training will be given

  • Working effectively both as a Team Member and independently to fulfil the order requirements
